In The Colony, we work across a real range of homes — from newer, fast-built production homes in The Tribute and Austin Ranch to remodels throughout Denton County. Each home asks for a different hand, and our designer-led process adapts the layout, materials and detailing to the architecture and to how you actually live.

Our studio is in Wylie, TX, central to the DFW metroplex and a short drive from The Colony, so site visits and project oversight are easy.
Most kitchens run twelve to twenty weeks from demolition to reveal, depending on scope and material lead times. You'll have a week-by-week schedule before demo day.
